We will dispatch our medicines from Mumbai, India after we confirm your payment and shipping details. At IyrinHealth Care, we offer free shipping and delivery on all orders.

Overseas Delivery Timelines
Orders shipped from India take about 15-20 business days to get delivered. However, the delivery time may vary depending on the customs clearance or other delays. In most cases, the products are delivered within our delivery frame.
Product Reshipment Policy
A package will be reshipped under the following circumstances.
- If you receive a wrong or damaged product.
- Receiving a damaged package.
- If the package is lost during transit.
- Unusual delays at customs.
In such cases, we will use the original shipping method selected. If your pain medications were scheduled for US-to-US express shipping, the reshipment will also be handled via express shipping. Otherwise, the medications will be shipped from India, with an expected delivery time of 15 to 20 days.
Customs
IyrinHealth Care is based in India, and we operate in full compliance with the law. All products are shipped from our Mumbai warehouse and are treated as imported items. This occasionally may lead to delays in package clearance.
In rare cases, customs may hold an order, causing delivery delays.
