Important US Policy Update
We want to inform all our customers that starting August 29, 2025, the U.S. government will remove the de minimis exemption that currently allows packages under $800 to enter the country duty and tax-free.
As per the U.S. Customs policy under Executive Order 14324 Suspending Duty-Free De Minimis Treatment for All Countries:
- The orders arriving before August 29, 2025, will follow the previous rule.
- All orders arriving after August 29, 2025, will be subject to the new rule and will be required to pay the new taxes.

- Once the new procedures run smoothly, it is best to place new orders in mid-September 2025 to avoid disruptions. We will keep you informed if we receive any input from our logistics partners.
- This situation is beyond our control, but our team is working diligently with logistics partners and customs authorities to minimize disruptions and ensure your orders reach you as quickly as possible.
